There is a quiet magic to be discovered standing in the moss covered ground below a towering redwood.  This is the feeling I sought to capture while meticulously hand sawing this lovely costal redwood tree from a sheet of brass.

It has been soldered to a textured wide sterling silver cuff, and letter by letter stamped with the above John Muir quote.

 It measures just over 1 inch wide and is 6 inches long with a 1 inch wide opening.
